Mixing Bowl Productions is a theatre company created in 2014 by a group of friends interested in small-scale alternate music theatre. With Mixing Bowl Productions Keenan produced,co-created and directed the productions In-between, a poetic exploration of the state of being between adolescence and adulthood, and Private Parts, an investigation in the private spaces we hold and the secrets we keep. Both productions toured to the South African National Arts Festival with the renowned The Edge collective (formerly Cape Town Edge). Mixing Bowl Productions produced the critically acclaimed concert series No Jazz Hands Allowed which featured works by predominant American contemporary musical theatre writers.

Mixing Bowl Productions is a Cape Town based theatre company currently on a hiatus.
